Orders can be picked up during regular store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping: We ship to all 50 states in the United States as well as Canada.
Orders are processed the following day after they are received.

Within 1-3 business days, all orders will be packaged, processed, and shipped. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Your order's shipment time is determined by the shipping option you choose at checkout. If you would like us to rush your order, please contact us before placing your order, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to have your order re-delivered to the right address. Our company is not responsible if your order doesn't arrive because the address you gave us when you checked out was not complete or correct.
