Refund policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a store credit or exchange it within 14 days of purchase.

Returns of unused or gently used makeup, cosmetics, and skincare products are accepted at The Makeup Studio and MakeupClasses.com for store credit or exchange.

All clothing and accessories must be unworn, with all tags still attached, with no damage, no alterations, no washing, and in their original packaging. Store credit or exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned merchandise.

Store credit for a returned product (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be issued to you within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Free gifts, promotional items, significantly-used products, incomplete sets, shipping fees, or products purchased through other retailers cannot be returned. Items marked as "Final Sale" can not be returned or exchanged.

If you purchased an item online and it was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, please Contact Us within 5 days of receiving your item.
